The obligations that Klemsan Elektrik Elektronik A.Ş. is required to comply with pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law are set out in detail in the text below.

 The Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, which entered into force in April 2016, sets forth certain procedures that must be complied with by the relevant parties regarding the processing of personal data. Pursuant to this Law, our Company, acting as the data controller, is obliged to inform you regarding the processing of your personal data and to obtain your consent.

As Klemsan, we are pleased with your interest in our products and services and would like to provide you with certain key information regarding our approach to the protection of your personal data. The protection of personal data is particularly important, especially with regard to tomorrow’s internet-based business models and the development of internet-based economies. As the personal data owner, by applying to our Company acting as the data controller;

  2. Request information regarding the processing of your personal data if such data has been processed,
  3. Learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether such data is used in accordance with its intended purpose,
